When do orders ship? Has shipping started yet? Where is the campaign at?

How do I know my order has shipped? Can I track my order?

Yes! When your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information from Backerkit to the email that you use to log in to Kickstarter. You can also log into Backerkit using that account to check the status of your order at anytime or view tracking information. Shipping is planned for November 2024 and may take some time for all 300+ orders to be handled. REMEMBER TO FILL OUT YOUR SURVEY ONCE THEY’VE BEEN SENT! If you did not receive a survey email, check the latest update on Kickstarter for the survey link. If that still doesn’t work, please file a support ticket. IF YOU USE APPLE ID TO PAY ON KICKSTARTER - Backerkit will not have your email address! Please contact me via Kickstarter message or email so that I can change your email address in the system and you can receive order status updates and surveys.

If you paid through Kickstarter with AppleID, Backerkit will NOT have your correct email address! Please message me on Kickstarter, email, or send a support ticket so that we can make sure your proper email address is in the system and you will receive survey links, updates, tracking, etc.

Can you sign my deck or book?

It may seem like a small thing, but in order to keep the fulfillment process smooth and simple, unfortunately I am not able to sign decks or books at this time.

I'm having trouble with the ebook file for the Party of Fools add-on.

All ebooks will be distributed as .epub files, which should be compatible with all major ereaders and many apps. Kindle used to require .mobi format, but has recently phased those out. If you are using the Send to Kindle program, make sure you have updated to the latest version in order to use .epub files or go to this webpage: https://www.amazon.com/sendtokindle and upload the file. DO NOT CHANGE THE FILE NAME OR FILE EXTENSION (the .epub at the end)! First, follow instructions and troubleshooting for uploading given by the manufacturer of your ereader or app. There are also many free file conversion apps out there on the web, but if you really need assistance, let us know! NOTE: PDF files will not be provided unless it is an accessibility issue.

Can I cancel my order?

We generally do not accept order cancellations and refunds, but certain special cases may be considered. Please contact through Kickstarter message, email (numinousspiritpress.com/contact), or Backerkit support.

My order shipped but hasn't arrived yet, and I'm concerned.

Sometimes the mail can take a while! It is my policy to wait 4 weeks from the ship date for US packages and 8 weeks from the ship date for non-US packages before considering them lost. I know it’s very nerve-wracking when things seem to get stuck in the post! Please wait until after these dates before contacting us via Kickstarter, email ([email protected]), or Backerkit support. If your package is deemed lost, a replacement will be sent free of charge.

Can I change my shipping address?

Yes, right up until orders are locked! Order lock date is planned for the end of October 2024 and will be announced via Kickstarter update and warning emails from Backerkit. Anytime before then, you can log into Backerkit and change your shipping address yourself. If you order has already been locked, please contact us via Kickstarter, email ([email protected]), or Backerkit support, and we’ll see what we can do.

I'm moving or am unsure what my address will be during shipping, can you hold/expedite my order?

Yes! If you are moving or will be out of town in November 2024 (or whenever shipping actually starts, please check Kickstarter updates) and aren’t sure what address to use or don’t want your package to arrive while you are gone, please send a Kickstarter message, email ([email protected]), or Backerkit support ticket and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs. In the past, I have sent packages slightly sooner or held them until later to make sure they got to their destination safely and I’m happy to do that wherever possible.

What do I do if my order arrived damaged?

Please let us know through Kickstarter message, email, or Backerkit support. I’m more than happy to work out solutions to orders that may have been damaged in the mail or have unexpected manufacturing errors.

My deck seems to be missing cards, has damaged cards, or I've lost/damaged them. Do you replace individual cards?

Yes! Please email me at [email protected] and let me know which cards you need replaced. They will be sent to you for free, even if you live outside the US.

Can I use your deck(s) on my YouTube channel, on other social media, and/or for paid card readings?

Yes, absolutely! If you are using my deck(s) in a YouTube video or posting pictures of them on social media, my only request is that you provide a link to my website (numinousspiritpress.com), tag me (@numinousspirit on Instagram, I’m not on other platforms anymore), or otherwise provide a credit where viewers can find my work. I love when people show my decks off and use them visibly, as word of mouth is the best advertising!

Are digital versions of the deck guidebook(s) available?

Yes! If you ordered a specific deck with your Kickstarter pledge or preorder, you should receive a download for the PDF guidebook as well. You should be able to access these downloads, once they are available, through logging in to Backerkit. Otherwise, please try this page: https://numinousspiritpress.com/downloads

Will the packaging show that it contains a tarot/oracle deck? (I need it to be discreet)

Don’t worry, I use plain boxes and envelopes when shipping! My international customs forms also only list the contents as “card deck.” The shipping label will say it is from “Numinous Spirit Press” but that is all.

BackerKit FAQ

What is BackerKit?

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!

The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.

How does BackerKit work?

After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.

I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?

The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.

Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.

To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.

How do I update my shipping address?

BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.

When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?

That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.

I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?

As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
